I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Please do so to avoid a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file required to book your appointment. No shows and appointments cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the service fee as I will not be able to fill your original time slot. NO SHOWS & NO CALL will result in having to pre-pay full service cost before you book an appointment again. LATE POLICY To be considerate to me, my other clients, and the time booked out for yourself, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged 50% of the service fee. FILL POLICY For fills, you must arrive with at least 40% of your extensions on, otherwise your appointment will be considered a full set. Foreign Fills: If you are coming from another lash artist, please book a removal + full set. I do not do foreign fills. PLEASE COME WITH CLEAN LASHES. Mascara on extensions is an immediate removal & full set (If time allows).You won’t need mascara with your extensions!
